We had interest and quotes from lots of people and were advised by our architect to ensure that we employed specialists rather than general builders.

We were working on a tight time scale as we wanted the job done in an 8 week window before we had our first baby. Bespoke lofts (Carl's Company) gave us one of the lowest quotes and assured us they could meet the time scale.

In fact they finished with 2 weeks to spare, have done a wonderful quality job and have been perfectly reliable and helpful at all times.

They came out within four days to give us a quote and advised us on which design to go for. When the surveyor first came round we knew by first impressions that they were the company for us. They carried out our loft conversion in just 6 weeks from start to finish and 2 of these we were on holiday so it didn’t even seem they were there.
